Create financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
- Solicitation Management: Establish solicitation best practices, develop proposal evaluation methodologies, and prepare compliant solicitation documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the solicitation process, facilitate vendor onboarding, and oversee solution implementations.
- Proposal Management: Design professional RFx response templates and answer matrices, prepare compliant proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of requirements vs. solution capabilities. Angie Stockley
President & Principal Consultant
Angie leads a team of experts in providing consultative expertise in these main areas of practice:

Clients and subject matter expertise is heavily focused on tech and SaaS markets as well as clients looking to procure tech/SaaS solutions or acquire tech/SaaS companies.

Angie is also currently employed at SSAF Exploration Inc., as VP of Marketing, Corporate Development and Investor Relations and is the Founder of the Newfoundland and Labrador Minerals Collective (NL Minerals Collective).
Additionally, Angie is a strong advocate for prospectors and mining entities in general and serves in the role of Diversity Director on the Newfoundland and Labrador Prospectors Association (NLPA) board.
These roles enable her to strategically advance the vast mining assets of the Stockley family and, more importantly, the interests of mining industry partners and peers in Newfoundland and Labrador.
In parallel with her consulting experience, Angie has 22 years of experience in executive level high-tech corporate.
Most recently, Angie spent 10 years in the eprocurement, esourcing and contract management space as VP of Marketing and Proposal Management for mdf commerce inc. and its subsidiaries in the strategic sourcing sector (merx, bidnet direct, bidnet, ASC, vendor registry, periscope holdings and more). Here Angie's responsibilities encompassed both the overarching corporate marketing and communications strategy plus product marketing and proposal management.
Prior to that, Angie spent 12 years in telecom at Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), where she held various senior strategic marketing roles culminating with the position of Head of Digital Marketing Strategy and Web Development, Corporate Marketing Office.

Vanessa Stockley
Head of Design Services
Vanessa is a graphic artist and entrepreneur with a diploma in Design and Communications. She has been a freelance designer/artist for most of her life, and 20 years ago, founded Granite Studios, taking her passion to a full-time level.
A long-time collaborator with Glenncastle Group, she merged her service portfolio into Glenncastle Group in recent years.
Vanessa brings her creative acumen and rigorous attention to detail to bear on all client projects, leading the design team for graphic, print, advertorial and website deliverables.
Projects of note include magazine design and layout for MUN / The Newfoundland Quarterly (NQ Magazine), Heavenly Creatures identity, promotionals and website design; numerous books for Boulder Publications, (winning a team award for “Best Book Design in Atlantic Canada” in 2010).
Other projects include concept and design of a variety of print media for ARNNL (Association of Registered Nurses of NL), Choices for Youth, Stella's Circle, Hungry Heart Cafe identity and promotionals, and various levels of Government.
Vanessa’s strengths lie in concept and development and in her perfectionist’s eye for detail.
A singer/songwriter, musician, painter and lover of photography, Vanessa spends her leisure time lost in creative mode.
